Connectors
Every connector below either works today or does not, and this page says which. Nothing on the roadmap is available yet, however close it looks.
Your account gets its own address on inbox.docstore.ai. Forward mail to it, set a rule in your mail client, or give it to a supplier so their invoices arrive on their own.
Your assistant can search the message, its body and every attachment, and open the original exactly as it arrived.
Connect the mailbox itself. No forwarding rules, no export, and the years of mail already sitting in it come too.
Your assistant can search the mailbox using Gmail's own search syntax, read one message with its headers and body, fetch the raw source when the headers matter, and copy a message into the archive to keep for good.
Drag files into the app, or let an agent send them. An agent asks for a short-lived upload link and posts the bytes straight to us, so a 40MB scan never has to pass through the conversation.

Your assistant can read bank accounts, bank transactions, contacts and categories. With writes on it can create and update bank transactions, again suffixed [AI], left unreconciled so a person still has to match them in Xero.

Find and read what is already in Drive without copying it anywhere first. The connector is built and read-only: search Drive, open one file, or pull a file into the archive to keep. It is not switched on yet, so it is still not something you can connect today.
Signed agreements filed with the rest of the paperwork, so a contract is findable by the same search as the invoices under it.
Sage Accounting, shaped like the Xero connector. The connector is built: read bank accounts, the money in and out coded against them, purchase and sales invoices, and the chart of accounts; with writes on it can record a payment or receipt against a ledger account, suffixed [AI] so a person can find it. Sage asks at sign-in whether we get read-only or full access, so read-only really is read-only. It is not switched on yet.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com mail, the same arrangement as Gmail: connect the mailbox itself and the years of mail already in it come too. Documents held in Microsoft 365, through the same Graph app registration the Outlook connector already uses.
